1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model withdrawal form available from us, but it is not obligatory.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Return of Goods
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are unsealed and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements, this may apply once the seal has been broken.
5. Defective Goods
If you receive defective goods, please contact us within a reasonable time. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate under applicable consumer protection laws.
